Pomori Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-01
Operator: DASOL KWON
Contact: kwondasol1197@naver.com
Pomori (the “App”) is a serverless photo booth app that edits photos on your device. This policy explains how information is handled.
1. Accounts and Pomori servers
The App has no registration, login, user account, Pomori backend, or external database. The operator does not run a server that receives or stores your photos or editing projects.
2. Photos and projects
- Photos you take or explicitly choose are processed only on your device.
- Photos are not uploaded to Pomori or the operator.
- Temporary previews, editing projects, preferences, and paths to finished images may be stored in the App’s local storage.
- A finished image is added to the system photo library only when you choose Save to Photos.
- Choosing Share opens the operating system share sheet. The privacy policy of the destination you choose then applies.
3. Permissions
- Camera: used when you take still photos for a strip.
- Photo library read access: used when you explicitly choose photos.
- Photo library add access: used when you save a finished image.
- Tracking on iOS, when applicable: may be requested so you can choose whether the advertising identifier can be used for personalized ads. Declining does not disable core features.
The App does not request contacts, location, microphone, Bluetooth, calendar, phone, SMS, or background location access.
4. Advertising and third parties
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google or advertising partners may process the following for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement, and legal compliance:
- Advertising identifiers, subject to permission and device settings
- IP address and approximate location
- Device, operating system, and app version information
- Ad impressions, clicks, consent status, and diagnostics
Pomori does not provide original photos, edited images, or your captions to the advertising SDK. UMP may present a consent form where required. Google processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and applicable advertising policies.
This version does not include a separate operator-controlled analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
5. Retention and cleanup
Preferences and projects may remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Unreferenced temporary previews are removed after seven days or, oldest first, when the temporary cache exceeds 256 MB. Files referenced by the current project are excluded from automatic cleanup.
6. Deletion
- Choose Clear temporary files in Settings to delete unreferenced previews.
- Delete finished images from your system Photos app.
- Uninstalling Pomori removes App-internal projects and preferences according to operating system behavior.
- There is no Pomori server account data that requires a deletion request.
Information handled by advertising providers can be managed through their privacy tools and your device advertising settings.
7. Children
The App is not designed for children and does not collect age. Google Mobile Ads requests are not tagged as child-directed and are limited to general-audience content. Users below the age of independent consent in their jurisdiction should use the App with a parent or guardian.
8. International processing and choices
Google and its partners may process information in multiple countries. Where applicable, manage consent or advertising choices through Manage ad privacy choices in the App, iOS tracking settings, or Android ad privacy settings.
9. Changes
We will update this policy and the effective date when features or legal requirements change. Changes that conflict with actual App behavior will be corrected before the related App update is released.
