Watch will not connect
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled, the Apple Watch is unlocked and nearby, and the BOWLUP Watch app is installed. Reopen BOWLUP on both devices and try again.
Throw is not detected
Wear the Watch securely, select the correct left/right hand setting, tap Ready, and keep a clear area around you. Swing naturally only after the Watch signals that it is ready.
Safety
Never hold or swing your iPhone. Place it on a stable surface and keep people and objects clear before every swing.
